Payment and Refund Policy

By using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:

Payment Schedule:

  • Initial Payment: You will receive 50% of the total booking fee upon confirmation of the booking.
  • Final Payment: The remaining 50% will be paid to you 180 days prior to the scheduled hunt.

Refund Policy:

Both the initial and final payments are nonrefundable except under the conditions stated in the Inclement Weather Policy. You may voluntarily refund these amounts at your discretion.

Inclement Weather Policy:

  • If inclement weather occurs on the day of the scheduled hunt, you must either:
    • Provide a 100% refund of your booking fee, or
    • Allow the hunter to reschedule the hunt up to one year from the original date or through the end of the next specific hunting season for the game being hunted.

The above terms will be negotiated directly between the hunter and the outfitter.

By proceeding, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these payment and refund policies.
