Get ready for an action-packed morning in the fields of West Texas with Ambush Waterfowl’s premier goose hunts. From honkers to specklebellies, we put you right in the middle of the flyway, giving you the best shot at bagging your limit.
What to Expect:
- Start Time: Hunts start at 6:30 AM and typically wrap up by 11:00 - 11:30 AM—though limits are often reached well before then.
- Target Species: Greater Canada Geese, Specklebelly (White-fronted) Geese, and Snow Geese.
- Terrain: We hunt over plowed fields, grain fields, and areas that consistently draw heavy goose traffic.
- Access: Clients are driven directly to the site unless muddy conditions require alternate transport.
