Experience premier duck hunting in the heart of Texas with Ambush Waterfowl. Based out of Abilene, our duck hunts offer a front-row seat to some of the best waterfowl action in the state. Whether you’re a seasoned hunter or new to the sport, our experienced guides will put you on the birds and ensure you leave with memories that last a lifetime.
What to Expect:
- Start Time: Hunts kick off at 6:30 AM and typically wrap up by 11:00 - 11:30 AM, though you’ll likely hit your limit well before then.
- Target Species: Expect opportunities for a variety of duck species native to the area.
- Terrain: We hunt over private lakes, flooded fields, and proven flyways, ensuring consistent action throughout the season.
- Accessibility: Clients are driven directly into the field unless muddy conditions require shuttling to the hunting site.
