By using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
For Hunters:

Initial Payment: Upon booking your hunt, you will be required to pay 50% of the total booking fee along with any associated fees (e.g., taxes, optional insurance fees).

Final Payment: The remaining 50% of the total booking fee will be due 180 days prior to your scheduled hunt.
Both the initial and final payments are nonrefundable except under the conditions stated in the Inclement Weather Policy.
For Outfitters:

Initial Payment: You will receive 50% of the total booking fee upon confirmation of the booking.

Final Payment: The remaining 50% will be paid to you 180 days prior to the scheduled hunt.
Both the initial and final payments are nonrefundable except under the conditions stated in the Inclement Weather Policy. You may voluntarily refund these amounts at your discretion.
Inclement Weather Policy:
Applicable to both hunters and outfitters. In the event of inclement weather on the day of the scheduled hunt, the outfitter is obligated to either:
- Provide a 100% refund of the booking fee, or
- Allow the hunter to reschedule the hunt up to one year from the original date or through the end of the next specific hunting season for the game being hunted. The above terms will be negotiated directly between the hunter and the outfitter.
